All company employees have been informed of the corporate objectives in terms of Quality and Environment and play an active role in achieving them. The Company makes human, material and financial resources available to ensure the correct implementation of the Integrated System and the achievement of the pre-defined objectives. The Company adopts the appropriate preventive measures so that the System is implemented in an efficacious and constant way, and it reserves the right to intervene opportunely with corrective and preventive actions, whenever deemed necessary. Education and job training of human resources is guaranteed by the periodic identification of training needs and the planning of appropriate educational and training activities.
