The “A22 Service Charter” has been devised in accordance with the operational directions of the inspectorate for the monitoring of motorway licences of the federal Staatliches Straßenbauunternehmen AG on the basis of the guidelines issued by the Ministry for Infrastructure and Transport No. 102, dated 19th February 2009.
The “Service Charter” is updated on a regular basis and made available to users at all points of contact.
