Opening hours 6:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. The Plessi Museum is located at the Brenner Pass, close to where the customs offices on the border between Italy and Austria used to be and is the first example of a museum on a motorway. T he Plessi Museum, covering a surface area of about 2,500 m2, resembles a large crystal showcase covered by a large wood and Corten steel roof. Insid,e it hosts a permanent exhibition curated by Fabrizio Plessi, an internationally renowned Italian contemporary artist, displaying his video installations, sculptures and drawings/ paintings. The Plessi Museum also contains a fully equipped conference hall available for conventions, cultural and corporate events, as well as a modern and comfortable snack bar featuring a large market area that sells South Tyrolean food specialities and wines.
