This is the last service area of the Brenner Motorway for southbound traffic. It has a large parking lot for up to 108 heavy goods vehicles. The food services are hosted in two separate buildings. The main building offers a snack bar, a restaurant and a market, while the smaller building is dedicated solely to the sale of typical and local products selected among the food&wine and handcrafted excellencies of the region.

The fuel station area offers diesel fuel and gasoline as well as alternative fuels, such as methane and LPG.
