The Service Centres are open to the public from Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.. The Service Centers of Autostrada del Brennero are six in total, positioned along the axis close to the tollgates of: Bressanone, Bolzano Sud, Trento nord/Interporto, Affi, Mantova (Mantua) Nord and Carpi. They provide users with information concerning the most popular products and services (payments, viacard, electronic toll collection) and also provide support with the various methods of toll payment. Services offered • management of non-payment • billing of toll charges • requests for pre-paid Viacards and Viacards associated with bank account, • Electronic toll collection • request for special reductions of toll charges (Brennerpass – Urban Pass) • assistance with user questions on aspects connected with the service provided.
