Users may find it necessary to obtain information and/or data relating to accidents that occurred on the motorway and in which they have been involved. In that case, they may contact the local Traffic Police offices, as indicated below:

The Brenner Motorway has a Third Party Liability Insurance (RCT) in place. In the event that users involved in a traffic accident consider that the cause of the damage they are subjected to may be unequivocally chargeable to the Company, responsibility for which they will have to provide the relevant evidence, they may forward the compensation request to the Company itself.
