The Urban-Pass Trento project is valid until the 30th November 2024, unless otherwise notified.
It is reserved for electronic toll contract holders.
It is only valid on the motorway sections motorway sections between Trento Nord and Rovereto Sud, in both directions, with the obligation to exit in the aforementioned tollgates, from Monday to Friday, excluding any holidays, between 6 and 9 a.m. and between 5 and 8 p.m.
The Urban-Pass Trento initiative can be combined with other benefits of Autostrada del Brennero SpA (with the exemption of the toll reduction for motorcycles), provided that the motorway sections concerned are not the same.
Customers will benefit from the exemption within 72 hours from their application, upon verification of the necessary requirements. In case of dealyed transmission of the application from the service provider, the activation of the intiative will take place within 72 hours after the application receipt by Autostrada del Brennero SpA.
If the user needs to change the electronic toll device, it is necessary to fill out this form or the online form again.
The exemption applied by Autostrada del Brennero SpA is going be shown exclusively in the electronic toll device’s invoice for the reference period.
With regards to anything not expressly covered by these terms and conditions, please refer to the terms and conditions of the electronic toll’s service.
Any communication related to the Urban-Pass Trento initiative can be adressed by the costumer to the service provider that supplied the electronic toll device or to Autostrada del Brennero SpA.
