Toll invoicing

Pursuant to Article 22, second paragraph, of Presidential Decree No. 633 of 26 October 1972 and the Ministerial Decree of 20 July 1979, the user interested in the issue of the invoice must make a specific request to Autostrada del Brennero S.p.A.; "The request for an invoice must be addressed to the concessionaire who collected the toll, accompanied by the documents proving payment of the toll". Toll receipts issued at motorway stations do not constitute a valid document for requesting the deduction of value added tax (VAT) charged on motorway tolls.

TOLL INVOICE REQUEST

The issuing of the invoice excludes any form of liability on the part of Autostrade del Brenenro S.p.A., since exercising the right for VAT recovery and understanding corresponding sector regulations is the responsibility of the requester. For invoice requests relating to tolls collected exclusively at the stations of Autostrada del Brennero SpA, the user must fill in the specific form at the bottom of this page, mandatorily indicating:

  • company name / surname and first name, registered office / user's residence or domicile (for persons domiciled abroad the location of the permanent establishment in Italy)

  • VAT number / tax code

  • telephone and e-mail address (including PEC, if available)

  • recipient code

  • date of transit(s)

  • entry and exit stations

  • type and number plate of the vehicle

  • amount(s) paid.

The form, completed in all its parts and accompanied by the original toll receipts (pursuant to Ministerial Decree of 20 July 1979), must be sent via certified email (PEC) to [email protected], or by ordinary/priority mail or courier, addressed to:

Reparto Gestione Introiti
Autostrada del Brennero SpA
Via Berlino n.10 - 38121 Trento (TN) - Italia

The invoice request must be duly signed by the user. Failure to implement these observations could prevent the billing request from being processed within 90 days of receiving the documentation. It is possible to invoice the transits completed by payment in cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Upon payment, the user must request the toll receipt from the collector (or by pressing the receipt request button if at a Self Service toll booth). You can also request invoicing for RMPP (Rapporto Mancato Pagamento di Pedaggio, unpaid toll report) payments.
